There are many ways to serve at Faith Bible Church. For convenience, we have broken these down into two categories; General Service in which everyone can contribute in serving our local body and Specific Service which are focused areas. Most of these specific areas of service require little to no experience although a background and a little know-how will be a huge blessing to our church and those you serve with. We believe that God created people to glorify Him and feel His love. Both of those things are most deeply experienced through frequent fellowship with other followers of Christ. Being actively involved on Sunday morning, Wednesday night, and small groups is a great way to serve in that fellowship.
We pray that our members are so saturated with the word through daily Bible reading that when we gather together, others are strengthened and edified. Like the Bereans in Acts 17, we desire our community to search the scriptures daily and be bold in proclaiming God's word in truth and love.
We desire that everyone in our community remember the needs of our church body in their prayers to The Lord and ask that He may glorify Himself through our church. Whether we are offering up praises or petitions, we delight in the unity that we have through Christ in raising our prayers together.
We desire to be a community that is known for the same hospitality that is emphasized of the early church in the New Testament. Whether welcoming those who enter our building, sharing a meal together, hosting a small group, or helping a family with childcare, this is a great opportunity to serve our local body.
Have a handy side or love lawn and garden work? Helping to maintain, improve, and beautify our property is a great way to serve in the practical needs of our church as well as being good stewards to what we've been given.
Put your musical, creative, and technical skills to use with a team of talented individuals that help us worship, create, capture and record our services, events, and much more.
Help us serve the needs of our surrounding community as we go about proclaiming Christ in both word and deed in our most immediate mission field.
